Failed generations
When a generation fails on our side, its credits are automatically refunded to your balance — no action needed.
Subscriptions
You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not prorate partial months except where required by law.
One-time packs
Unused one-time packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Partially used packs are refunded pro-rata for unused credits.
How to request
Email support@nanabanana21.com from your account email with the order reference. We respond within 3 business days.
