What we collect
Account data (email, sign-in method), generation inputs (prompts, uploaded media), generation outputs, usage data (credits, feature clicks), and payment metadata handled by our payment processors.
How we use it
To run the service: processing generations, maintaining your library, billing, abuse prevention, and product improvement. We do not sell personal data.
Your content
You retain rights to the content you upload and the outputs you generate, subject to our terms. Uploads are stored to deliver the service and can be deleted from your history.
Cookies & analytics
We use functional cookies for sessions and privacy-friendly analytics (OpenPanel) to understand feature usage. No third-party ad trackers.
Data retention & deletion
Generation history persists until you delete it or close your account. Contact support@nanabanana21.com for deletion requests.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit; credentials are hashed; payment details never touch our servers — they are handled by PCI-compliant processors.
